Job Overview

As a Strategic Project Manager for Global HR Transformation, you will be responsible for leading the overall strategy, planning, and execution of projects supporting Human Resources function globally at Carrier.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor HR Technology projects across Carrier globally with an eye on supportability and successful operational transition into production.
  • Manage teams in building project plans, identifying HR business requirements, process and functional design, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
  • Overall management, tracking, and reporting of project plan and activities, ensuring that the projects are delivered on time, within budget, and remain aligned to the business objectives.
  • Work closely with leaders, project teams, and various stakeholders to ensure projects effectively mitigate risks, resolve issues, and deliver as planned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience as a program/project manager.
  • Experience managing work on Cloud HR products such as Workday, Oracle Cloud HCM, SuccessFactors.
  • Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions.
  • Thrive in a diverse, fast-paced, global environment.
  • Experienced in use of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodology and practices.

Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 based on industry standards and location.
