Job Title: Salesforce Professional

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support in the administration and development of Salesforce.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage user access, security, profiles, roles, permissions, and data management within Salesforce.
  • Support basic Salesforce development, including validation rules, flows, process builder, reports, dashboards, and minor Apex/LWC changes.
  • Ensure seamless integration with DocuSign templates, workflows, and integrations within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Monitor data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely support to end users.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce certification preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce development principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual.
