System Support Specialist Role

The System Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of sales tools. The position involves resolving technical issues and providing timely support to users.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve system-related issues for Salesforce, Callidus CPQ, Clari, People.ai, ClosePlan, and Callidus Commissions.
  • Manage a fast-paced queue of support requests, prioritizing tasks based on customer needs and efficiency.
  • Triangulate Level 2 tickets with stakeholders, providing relevant information.
  • Assist in data migrations for scheduled maintenance of systems.
  • Maintain service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage user access and visibility permissions.
  • Document best practices and usage guidelines.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 8+ years of experience in an IT or helpdesk role or equivalent certification.
  • Preference given to candidates with Salesforce Administrator experience.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce landscape and terminology, focusing on data security and territory management.
  • Experience in sales processes and environments is beneficial.
  • Hands-on experience providing system and tool support to users.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Aggressive problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Additional knowledge of ServiceNow, Workbench, Dataloader, and SOQL is a plus.
