Job Title: Salesforce Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our daily activities and ensuring the smooth execution of our sales strategies.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security, profiles, roles, permissions, and data management. You will also support basic Salesforce development tasks, such as validation rules, flows, process builder, reports, dashboards, and minor Apex/LWC changes.

An additional responsibility will be managing and maintaining DocuSign templates, workflows, and integrations within Salesforce. Furthermore, you will assist with Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) campaigns, automation rules, and lead management.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and accountable for independent work. A proven track record as a Salesforce Admin, preferably with certification, is highly desirable.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions, ensuring data integrity, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely support to end users. Your ability to communicate progress clearly and be accountable for deliverables will be essential to your success in this role.
