Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce professional to deliver innovative solutions for life sciences companies. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms, including care management, clinical data management, complete patient view, EHR integration, communities implementation, and clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement tailored Salesforce solutions leveraging the company's expertise in cloud computing, data modeling, and governance.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce features and functionalities, including Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and established CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients ensuring they get the most out of their Salesforce investment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies identifying opportunities to innovate and improve Salesforce solutions.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience with Heroku integration, Salesforce Shield security, and HTML, CSS customization.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues identify risks and develop solutions.
