Salesforce Configuration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator and Configuration Professional to oversee the management, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Administration and Configuration.

  • Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions within the Salesforce environment.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and Process Builder.
  • Import, update, and maintain data quality using Data Loader or equivalent tools.
  • Create and manage Reports and Dashboards for business insights.
  • Automate business processes using Process Builder, Flow, and Approval Processes.
  • Troubleshoot system functionality issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement efficient solutions.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, workflows, and best practices.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce Administration and Configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Workflows, Process Builder, Flow, Validation Rules.
  • Hands-on experience with Data Loader or equivalent data management tools.
  • Proficient in building Reports and Dashboards.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification (preferred).
