As a seasoned Salesforce expert, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the effective implementation and management of our CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze stakeholder requirements to develop tailored solutions on Salesforce.com.
- Maintain, configure, and test the CRM platform while ensuring timely delivery and producing high-quality technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide best-in-class data solutions by performing regular data reviews.
- Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updated applications and code aligned with project timelines.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and services, developing the platform as needed.
- Offer regular training sessions on the CRM platform to all stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and write, interpret, critique technical specifications.
- Maintain the security and integrity of application software.
- Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in IT, Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Experience in Lightning Aura Components, Visual Force pages, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, cloud features, and API implementation.
- 4-5 years Salesforce product knowledge and experience with LWC and Experience cloud.
