The Role:

As a seasoned Celonis Implementation Engineer, you will be instrumental in deploying Celonis EMS across client environments, unlocking data-driven process optimization and digital transformation.

">Key Responsibilities:
  1. Celonis EMS Deployment: Configure and deploy Celonis EMS for client projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  2. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from ERP/CRM systems, including SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce.
  3. Design and optimize event logs, data models, and process flows to maximize efficiency.
  4. Process Mining & Analysis: Analyze business processes using Celonis to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
  5. Develop actionable dashboards, KPIs, and action plans to drive business outcomes.
  6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with business and technical teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
  7. Translate business needs into technical solutions using Celonis capabilities.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Celonis product updates and best practices, applying them to enhance existing implementations.
  9. Propose innovative enhancements to improve performance and scalability.
  10. Documentation & Support: Maintain clear documentation of data models, ETL pipelines, and solution architecture, providing training and support to internal teams and clients on Celonis usage.

Requirements:

• 5+ years overall experience in data analytics, process improvement, or implementation roles.

• 2+ years hands-on experience with Celonis EMS.

• Technical skills: Proficiency in SQL, PQL, and ETL tools, experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), familiarity with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript).

• Process knowledge: Strong understanding of business process management (BPM), ability to interpret and model complex workflows.

• Soft skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management, analytical mindset with attention to detail, self-driven and comfortable working remotely.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
