About the Opportunity:

We are hiring experienced Celonis professionals to contribute to large-scale transformation initiatives in the BFSI sector. These roles offer the chance to work on complex process mining programs, leveraging Celonis to uncover insights, optimize operations, and deliver measurable business impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive end-to-end Celonis implementations: data modelling, process discovery, conformance checking, and root cause analysis.
  • Build and optimize Celonis Data Models, Views, Knowledge Models, KPIs, and OCPM (Operational Apps).
  • Work with BFSI stakeholders to translate business requirements into Celonis use cases and actionable insights.
  • Ensure technical best practices in data integration and solution design.
  • For Lead roles: manage teams, own delivery, and drive client outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4–12 years of experience (Senior & Lead level).
  • Strong skills in Celonis / Process Mining platforms, SQL, and data modelling.
  • BFSI domain experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Leadership experience for Lead roles.
