This position involves shaping client engagements, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering data-driven customer experience programs. Strong business acumen, consulting expertise, and CDP knowledge are essential for success.

  • Business Leadership & Strategy
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive CDP practice vision, go-to-market strategy, and business development roadmap.
    • Partner with sales, marketing, and consulting teams to define client value propositions and growth strategies.
    • Nurture key relationships to position CDP as a core enabler of digital transformation.
  • Consulting & Solutioning
    • Translate business objectives into actionable CDP use cases and measurable outcomes.
    • Lead discovery, strategy, and solution workshops with clients to drive business results.
    • Collaborate with technology teams to design CDP architectures and integrations with MarTech, AdTech, and CRM ecosystems.
    • Provide expert guidance on digital analytics for assigned accounts, identifying analysis opportunities and executing them.
    • Serve as the point of escalation for client requests, developing and fostering strong client relationships.
    • Manage relationships with clients and partners, identifying opportunities for new data sources and proper analytics implementation of online marketing campaigns.
  • Practice & People Development
    • Mentor cross-functional teams on CDP use cases, data strategy, and customer engagement best practices.
    • Contribute to thought leadership, POVs, and industry events to establish our organization as a trusted authority.
    • Build strategic alliances with CDP vendors (Salesforce, Adobe, Segment, Tealium, etc.) to strengthen ecosystem partnerships.

This requires 7+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or data-driven marketing, strong CDP strategy, and exceptional leadership skills.
