As a skilled tester and developer, we are looking for an individual to join our team and contribute to the quality and functionality of our Salesforce applications.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Perform manual and automated testing to validate system functionality, performance, and security.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Conduct regression testing, functional testing, UI testing, and integration testing for Salesforce applications.
- Ensure test coverage of Salesforce modules like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Custom Applications.
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce testing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, and functionalities.
- Experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, JIRA, TestNG).
- Understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components is a plus.
- Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or SOAP UI.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and using tools like JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Tester) are a plus.ServiceNow Developer Responsibilities:
- Must have 5-8 years of ServiceNow experience with Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), Configuration Management Database (CMD) and IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Someone who can configure Service Now, customize and develop reports for setting up processes.
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must have a pleasant attitude, be a team player
