
IT Recruitment Specialist

Candidates should have a background in the recruitment and staffing industry.
This position requires hands-on, critical leadership skills in IT, digital, and technical requirements for multinational corporations and startups. The individual must own and manage the entire process end-to-end.
Primary Responsibilities:- Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., headhunting, job boards, social media, networking) to attract and engage a diverse pool of qualified candidates for IT positions. Evaluate candidate applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Database Management: Ensure timely updates and sharing of designated dashboards. Maintain 100% compliance to internal ATS and tools.
- Networking: Establish and expand a diverse network of industry professionals and potential candidates through various channels. Gather market intelligence, industry trends, and competitor insights through networking activities, allowing for a better understanding of candidate preferences, skill sets in demand, and emerging talent.
The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of managing recruitment teams. They should have worked in IT roles across various industries, including BFSI, startups, products, and GCC's, with expertise in the staffing industry. A strong knowledge of recruitment practices and trends is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:- Full-time graduate with overall first division.
- Master's degree or MBA will be an added advantage.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, owning, and implementing delivery strategies to maximize revenue. They will also oversee daily, routine tasks involved with addressing customer needs and concerns, and maintaining their account activities.
