Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the recruitment team and overseeing the hiring process for data analytics roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with experience in managing teams and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Recruit, lead, and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive organizational success.
  • Recruitment Deliverables: Develop sourcing strategies, recruit using multiple channels, and drive diversity, equity, and inclusion practices from a recruiting lens.
  • Process Adherence and Efficiency: Ensure process adherence, develop checks and balances, and continuously evaluate and improve hiring practices to optimize results.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to understand requirements and provide required insights to foster effective relationships.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs within the team and develop appropriate training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • 12-14 years of overall experience, 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics hiring (particularly Actuarials, Catastrophic roles) and some understanding of analytics fundamentals.
  • Team management experience of at least 4 years is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and tools for Data Analytics hiring, with proficiency in data analysis and finding trends.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, data management, computer science, business analytics, or related field.
