Job Title: Advanced Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Advanced Analytics Specialist.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will support advanced analytics initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data science applications in drug discovery, development, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end analytics projects, including data wrangling, model development, validation, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with teams to design and implement machine learning models, statistical analyses, and data visualizations to solve problems.
  • Interact with experts and clients to understand data, business challenges, and implement solutions.
  • Develop predictive models for reaction outcomes, process optimization, and quality control.
  • Work with structured and unstructured data from various sources.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines and dashboards for real-time monitoring and reporting.
  • Implement AI workflows for decision-making processes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science.
  • Experience: 3+ years in data science or advanced analytics.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cheminformatics or bioinformatics tools is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
