Key Analytics Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analytics professional to lead our team of analysts.

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of predictive models, machine learning algorithms and statistical analyses to solve business problems.

As an expert in data analytics, you will leverage your extensive experience in marketing, statistics and machine learning to drive data-driven strategies and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and a strong background in advanced analytics methodologies.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to design, implement and optimize advanced analytics solutions that solve complex business challenges.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Development
  • Mentor a team of analysts, ensuring alignment of team goals with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement analytics training programs for the team.
Strategic Analytics Planning
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and design data-driven solutions.
  • Translate complex business problems into actionable analytical frameworks.
Advanced Marketing Analytics & Modeling
  • Develop predictive models, machine learning algorithms and statistical analyses to solve business problems.
  • Champion advanced analytics use cases such as customer segmentation, lifetime value modeling and real-time optimization.
Data Governance & Quality Assurance
  • Oversee data integrity, accuracy and consistency across all analytics projects.
  • Establish data governance policies and ensure compliance with data security standards.
Client Engagement & Delivery
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations based on advanced analytics.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of analytics projects.
