About the Role

Key Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including day shifts and rotational shifts

Necessary Skills:

  • Strong customer service orientation and empathy
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working in a similar role
