Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and support through effective communication.
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals and targets.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi or other regional languages.
- Ability to listen actively and empathize with customers.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
