Role: Customer Service- Voice (US Healthcare)

Eligibility & Requirements:

* Graduate Fresher with excellent communication skills.

* Qualified Technical or Hotel Management Degrees are not eligible.

* Any BPO experience with complete documents will be an added advantage.

* Courteous with strong customer service orientation.

* Good in English communication

* Dependable with attention to detail.

* Good listening and speaking skills.

* Willingness to learn.

* Good sales skills.

* Full-time Students – Not Eligible.

* Self-Travelling & Out-of-boundary – Not considered.

Compensation & Benefits (Salary) : ₹2.40 LPA

Work Location: Mumbai– Airoli & Kolkata (We have job openings in both the location)

Night Shift Allowance: ₹0–3,000 PM

MIP (Incentive post-training): ₹3,000 for fresher, ₹4,500 for candidates with 1+ year international voice experience

Shift: Rotational shifts, predominantly night & 2 rotational/split week-offs

Transport: Night/odd hours (7 pm–7 am) drop provided; one-way transport during the day

Educational Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: Freshers / Experience (Experience of 6 months and above desirable)

Experience in call center will be an advantage.

Age: above 18 yrs

Communication Skill required:

* Voice Clarity

* Accent Neutrality

* Good in English

* Willingness to work in rotational shifts, as needed

Cont HR :

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
