Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team where you will utilize your intermediate-level knowledge to address common business challenges in the collections process.

You will be working on problems of moderately complex scope, acting as an informed team member and providing valuable analysis and project direction input.

Your tasks will include analyzing customer receivables, resolving disputes, recognizing trends for non-payment and developing strategic approaches in collections activity.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyzing and researching customer receivables account delinquency to determine appropriate communication methods for payment
  • Resolving disputes related to customer payment on delinquent accounts and negotiating payment from the customer
  • Recognizing trends for non-payment and addressing issues by collaborating with internal partners
  • Developing a strategic approach in collections activity to influence customer payment behavior
  • Reducing account time spent through enhanced portfolio effectiveness
  • Minimizing write-offs and bad debts by identifying potential risk receivables early on

Key Skills Required

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent analytical skills, be able to communicate effectively and have strong problem-solving abilities.

In addition, you should have a good understanding of collections strategies and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
