Cash Flow Specialist (CFS) is a critical role that requires strong communication and analytical skills to effectively manage customer relationships and drive collection processes.

  • Directly responsible for generating cash from customer account receivables through timely and efficient collections; Develop strategic partnerships with internal and external customers to facilitate seamless transactions;
  • Support assigned accounts by organizing data files related to customer A/R, identifying disputes and addressing early stage challenges/collection issues;
  • Evaluate customer financial information to identify potential economic risks; Collaborate with cross-functional teams on credit investigations and evaluations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • 1-2 years of experience in commercial collections or related field;
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
