Job Title: Financial Collections Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized financial collections specialist to fill this key role. The ideal candidate will have experience in generating and sending invoices, reconciling discrepancies, and communicating with customers regarding payments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send accurate and timely invoices to customers in accordance with US GAAP standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all A/R transactions and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
  • Resolve billing issues and communicate effectively with customers regarding payments.
  • Analyze information and gather data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Review and verify invoices and expense reports for accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.
  • Process payments to vendors and maintain accurate records of payment schedules.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounting processes and efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess strong active listening and verbal communication skills in English. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask. Organizational and time management skills are essential for success in this role.
