We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Premium Banking/Collection Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing premium banking relationships and handling collection activities, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to financial regulations.

  • Key responsibilities include managing and nurturing relationships with premium banking clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • The successful candidate will also handle collection processes for outstanding dues, engaging with customers professionally and empathetically to secure payments.
  • Effective communication skills will be essential in communicating with clients regarding their accounts, transactions, or collection status through various channels.
  • In addition, the individual must adhere strictly to banking regulations, company policies, and compliance guidelines in all interactions and transactions.
  • Accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions must be maintained.
  • Potential risks or issues related to accounts must be identified and escalated to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • The role also involves working towards achieving collection targets or premium banking service metrics.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty is crucial for this position.
