We are seeking a results-driven professional to spearhead business development and drive growth across various functions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Strategy Execution: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement business strategies, driving results on the ground and behind the scenes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration between business functions, ensuring seamless execution and problem-solving.
  • Process Optimization: Design and implement standardized processes and systems to optimize business operations, leveraging technology and third-party solutions.
  • New Market Expansion: Lead the launch of new markets, overseeing on-ground operations and ensuring successful execution.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree from a reputable institution and an MBA from a top-tier university.
  • 1-5 years of experience in sales and program management, preferably in retail distribution or BFSI.
  • Prior project management experience and proficiency in data dashboarding and analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High ownership, ability to switch contexts, and willingness to learn new business skills quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
