**Business Growth and Partnerships Manager**
A. Job Responsibilities:
- Drive user acquisition, engagement, activation, and revenue growth for our B2B product.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and launch new features or products that support growth, optimizing user experience.
- Better customer satisfaction and experience from a product standpoint.
- Responsible for success and achievement of numbers (P&L, customers on-boarded, activated) for assigned categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead relationships with banks, payment aggregators, and third-party service providers for B2B product.
- Maintain strong customer-centricity principles within the organization and with clients.
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them.
- Cultivate profitable relationships with key staff in client companies.
- Knowledge of market trends, regulations, and competition.
Product Enablement:
- Built-in knowledge of company products and offerings.
- Create business models and high-end decks for product pitches to entities.
- Work with internal departments to on-board new prospects and existing players on NBBL products.
- Manage various on-boarding and go-live projects effectively and timely.
Preferred Candidates:
- Strong understanding of payments and digital technologies.
- Experience in building and running payments products/platforms.
- Familiarity with AI capabilities and ability to leverage AI-driven insights/tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to achieve consensus and drive business objectives.
