
Strategic Enterprise Customer Solutions Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software as well as experience managing large-scale technology projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate our solutions into client workflows for seamless adoption and optimal use of AI-powered legal technology.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by proactively gauging satisfaction, gathering feedback, and encouraging user engagement.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends including satisfaction, health scores, and success metrics such as adoption rates and NPS.
- Recommend improvements based on insights and implement strategies that enhance the customer experience, prevent churn, and ensure a high ROI.
- Consistently demonstrate value and verify measurable return on investment from our products to foster long-term partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling by understanding customer needs and suggesting additional products or features that provide value.
- Transform satisfied users into advocates within their organizations to ensure readiness for renewal and expansion opportunities.
