As a Customer Retention Professional, you will be responsible for overseeing customer interactions and driving revenue growth through subscription sales. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless customer experiences, promptly resolving any outstanding issues or concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored strategies to engage with customers post-trial expiration, thereby encouraging subscription purchases.
  • Process orders efficiently after receiving purchase confirmations from customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of follow-ups and interactions, utilizing this data to refine future engagement tactics.
  • Produce in-depth reports on key performance indicators such as conversions and account actions.
Requirements:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel software, with expertise in data analysis and visualization.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, with the ability to create engaging documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills, enabling effective tracking of performance metrics and process improvements.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with exceptional time management capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Significant experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within a subscription-based industry.
  • Superb communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, including Salesforce, with a proven track record of successful implementation.
  • Previous experience with Zendesk, leveraging its features to enhance customer satisfaction.
