Job Description
This role involves working with a motivated team to drive conversions for programs. Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets on a monthly basis
- Identifying prospect needs and recommending suitable programs through outbound calls
- Closing sales by demonstrating the value of our products
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up
- Staying updated on industry trends and new product offerings
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is ₹5-7.3 LPA fixed, plus incentives. Additional benefits include an outstanding work environment with rapid career advancement potential and competitive compensation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have 1+ years of experience in inside sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in using a CRM and sales tools, are also essential. A self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently is highly valued.
