About the Role:

  • You will work with a motivated team to drive conversions for our programs, meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis, and identify the needs of prospects to recommend them for our programs through outbound calls.
  • Closing sales over the phone by demonstrating the value of our products is also a key responsibility, as well as building and maintaining relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and new product offerings is essential to succeed in this role.

About You:

  • 1-5 years of experience in inside sales is required, along with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, proficiency in using CRM and sales tools, self-starter with a strong work ethic, and ability to work independently are essential qualities for this position.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
