We are a fast-growing ed-tech company on a mission to upskill professionals and help them achieve their dream jobs. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving conversions for our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
- Identify needs of prospects and recommend them for programs through outbound calls
- Closing sales over the phone by demonstrating the value of our products
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and new product offerings

Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in inside sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales tools
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

CTC:
Starting from 5 LPA to 7.3 LPA Fixed + Incentive.
