Amogh Buildtech Private Limited is a leading developer of luxury residential and commercial projects in Gurgaon. We are seeking an experienced Luxury Sales Strategist to join our team.

**Job Summary**
We are looking for a skilled sales professional to lead our luxury sales efforts. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales within assigned focus projects and achieving targets. You will also be responsible for building and preserving trusting relationships with our premier customers, identifying their needs, and suggesting suitable projects.

Responsibilities
* Lead sales efforts for high-end luxury residential and commercial projects
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
* Conduct site visits and create research reports as per client requirements
* Perform weekly 2-3 client meetings & site visits
* Effectively close client transactions directly
* Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends, government policies, and new project developments in the city

Requirements
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate industry (preferably in Gurgaon)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and work independently
* Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, leads to meetings, meetings to site visits ratio
