Analytics Leadership Opportunity

This leadership role is focused on technical execution, implementing and maintaining analytics tracking across digital platforms using Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch, with a strong understanding of data layers, tagging strategy, and implementation best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and managing Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch across websites and mobile applications.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical tracking requirements.
  • Maintaining and updating Solution Design References (SDRs) and documentation for all implementations.
  • Ensuring data quality through manual QA and automated testing tools like Observpoint.
  • Setting up and troubleshooting third-party pixels for marketing and analytics needs.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 9-12 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills to work with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Ability to connect digital data with business KPIs and deliver insights.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred. Experience with data visualization tools like Adobe Workspace, Power BI, or Tableau is also required.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Target.
  • Working knowledge of third-party pixel management.
  • Understanding of privacy compliance and consent management tools.
