Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven supply planning strategies to ensure seamless inventory management and timely shipping.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including demand planning, warehouse, and logistics, to guarantee adequate capacity and efficient execution.
  • Drive seasonal and promotional event planning, including inventory build-up strategies and temporary storage solutions, to meet business objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, such as daily attainment, capacity utilization, and promise quality, to optimize operations.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of planners and analysts, driving continuous process improvements across planning processes.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business problems into structured analytical projects, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Design and maintain scalable data frameworks, planning models, and dashboards to support informed decision-making at all levels.
  • Implement advanced analytical techniques, such as forecasting, clustering, regression, and predictive modeling, to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Advocate for automation and self-service tools to empower teams and reduce manual reporting.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for investment.
