Job Title: Performance Marketer

We are seeking a talented Performance Marketer to drive revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch and manage high-performing Google Ads (Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on local and regional SMBs in the USA.
  • Develop and execute test-and-scale approaches to optimize campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies.
  • Provide weekly reports and actionable insights to internal stakeholders, including CPC, CPL, ROAS, lead quality, and sales performance.
  • Own campaign performance and take responsibility for hitting lead and sales KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and landing page optimization.

Requirements:

  • Google and Meta Ads Certification.
  • Proven experience running Google Performance Max and Meta Ads campaigns for SMBs.
  • Strong understanding of North American SMB segments and customer behavior.
  • Ability to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for maximum performance.
  • Expertise in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and budget scaling.
  • Excellent communication and English proficiency skills.
