Job Role: Performance Marketing Specialist

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven performance marketing specialist to drive growth for our fast-growing consumer brand.

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to drive key outcomes – conversions, retention, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Analyze campaign data, optimize targeting, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date on platform changes, trends, and competitor strategies to inform future campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of our brand team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to drive awareness, conversions, and growth for our brand.

You will have the opportunity to work on high-impact campaigns and collaborate closely with creative, design, and e-commerce teams.
