About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-impact analytics charter within a leading online travel agency.

The company offers travelers access to a vast network of hotels across India. The team drives strategic, cross-functional initiatives to improve key supply metrics and empower the supply team.

We are looking for an experienced Data Insights Leader to anchor the automation charter for the entire Hotels supply ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic, data-driven initiatives to enhance supply chain performance and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Lead the rollout of business intelligence tools, ensuring effective adoption and usage across the organization.
  • Design and manage dashboards and reports to track Key Results Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the supply team.
  • Deliver advanced analytics and data visualization to support data-driven decision-making and execution.
  • Automate manual reporting workflows using Python, SQL, and data engineering best practices to ensure scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Leverage tools and technologies such as Python, SQL, Tableau, GenAI, and data engineering workflows to strengthen analytical and automation capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Category, Revenue, and Ingo teams to accelerate growth in room nights and GMV.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, with 7–10 years of experience focused on automation and analytics-driven initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, data engineering workflows, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven track record of leading automation, driving analytics adoption, and enabling performance improvement at scale.
