Lead Global Data Strategy and Insights

As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive global data approach that aligns with the organization's objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of business intelligence and analytics, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure conformity to the firm-wide data agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global data strategy that drives business growth and transformation.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to influence strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
  • Lead a cross-functional team responsible for data management, reporting, and analysis.
  • Work closely with business units, IT, and other stakeholders to align data strategy and drive business outcomes.
  • Establish governance standards on data sourcing and use, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement data management tools and technologies to support data strategy and governance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of experience in data science, information management, or a related field in a corporate environment.
  • Strategic thinking and planning, with the ability to develop and execute complex data strategies.
  • Knowledge of business and artificial intelligence, data analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects from start to finish.

Additional Information:

  • The role may involve working with remote teams across different time zones.
  • Position may require travel.
