We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Marketing Team. in this role, you'll serve as a key customer-facing partner, ensuring that every campaign runs smoothly from kickoff through delivery. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to design, execute, and optimize campaigns that help our customers reach their target audiences with impact.
What You'll Do:
The Intent-Driven Leads Program Manager will assist lead efforts, collaborating with the Account team (Sales counterpart and CSM) to run impactful campaigns and amazing intent-driven lead experiences for TrustRadius customers. Building efforts for successfully delivering a repeatable, consistent, and positive experience driving revenue, saving accounts from churning, and additional growth via expansions.
Works cross-functionally across stakeholders internally, and directly with customers, to translate goals into actionable initiatives to drive innovation and break-through lead gen experiences, while simultaneously driving operational efficiency and managing project delivery by facilitating strong collaboration across the board.
The role will be highly visible, collaborating with leadership at all levels to identify program gaps, make recommendations, and lead intent-driven lead product execution. Ultimately driving revenue growth and expansion to impact revenue goals for new business and renewals. This position will report to the Head of the Intent-driven Leads Program.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ramp up and build a thorough understanding of current capabilities across all intent-driven leads efforts. From acquisition and through the customer lifecycle (pitch decks, talking points, competitive content, product knowledge, etc. and through renewals/expansion efforts) as you will be tailoring and delivering this content to customers.
Partner with field leadership to design and deliver optimal experience around this product offering.
Put all of the campaign data together in the program materials for customers - gathering these from the account, research, and technical teams - to communicate and get approval of the campaigns.
- Managing the intent-driven leads campaign details from start to finish so that everything is captured and accessible for the customer and cross-functional teams.
- Track campaign progress across simultaneous lead campaigns, address feedback and optimize efforts while in market, and provide a campaign summary once complete.
- Work with a mixture of client types ranging from small to larger Enterprise customers
- Gather feedback directly from the field and through call listening in Gong for real-world call insights. Focusing on what's working, what's not, and what could be improved.
Work with Enablement and Marketing to build training, coaching, and additional enablement. Focused on delivering better financial results to the business as appropriate.
Update tracking and reporting systems for this intent-driven leads effort - tracking program development elements, campaign progress, leading and lagging indicators, etc. - to make data-driven decisions across the business.
- Work directly with Revenue and Marketing Leaders to align on priorities and timing for key intent-driven leads initiatives.
- Deepen relationships and build new ones with everyone involved in the intent-driven leads efforts.
- Following the approved processes and identifying opportunities to optimize our approach going forward based on your experience and/or customer feedback.
- Working in partnership with Product on including intent-driven leads into our product and aligning our data products to dovetail into a PLG future. For reporting, delivery, and ROI efforts.
- Support and ensure documentation is accurate on Confluence for all related field processes, materials, and efforts along with the Enablement leader. Include this in Highspot as well for the Field Team specifically.
What You'll Need:
Direct experience working in tech, b2b, SaaS; working with strategic and/or enterprise customers is ideal.
2+ years of work experience in revenue focused functions in customer-facing roles.
Working specifically with leads programs and delivery is a plus.
Proven track record of project management for revenue programs and processes at high-growth companies.
PMP certification is a plus.
Self starter with direct experience driving campaigns and programs as an individual contributor.
