Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Public Relations Consultant to lead our PR efforts.

  • Liaise daily with clients and the media via telephone and email to develop strong networks and foster open communication.
  • Build and maintain relationships with colleagues, clients, media, and marketing teams to create a collaborative environment.
  • Develop and implement effective crisis management strategies to protect our reputation.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure 100% client retention through excellent customer service.
  • Provide clients with timely updates on new promotional opportunities and PR campaign progress.
Media Monitoring & Coverage

Monitor traditional and digital media sources including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, social media, podcasts, blogs, and newswires to stay ahead of industry trends.

  • Collate, analyze, and evaluate media coverage to identify areas for improvement.
  • Track newspapers, magazines, and websites for potential opportunities to promote our brand.
Publicity & Campaign Management

Create and execute comprehensive publicity strategies and campaigns to raise awareness and drive engagement.

  • Plan and develop quarterly roadmaps to achieve specific goals and objectives.
  • Prepare briefs, scripts, campaign taglines, and responses for interviews to effectively communicate our message.
  • Write and disseminate press releases, articles, and features to targeted media outlets.
  • Promote news stories and features through strategic outreach and pitching.
  • Develop and manage publicity materials including presentations, in-house magazines, brochures, reports, and promotional videos.
Event Management

Organize and manage events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours, and visits to create engaging experiences.

  • Attend and promote client events to media and PR platforms to increase visibility.
  • Coordinate studio or location photography to capture high-quality visuals.
  • Speak publicly at interviews, conferences, and presentations to showcase our expertise.
Brand Development

Foster strong relationships with brands and third parties to drive business growth and expand our network.

  • Develop quarterly and annual roadmaps to align with client business goals.
  • Leverage partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising opportunities to increase brand awareness.
  • Liaise with the marketing team to create cross-channel strategies that drive engagement.
Influencer & Thought Leadership Engagement

Build relationships with industry leaders to stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies.

  • Keep abreast of industry developments and forecast future trends for clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges.
Research & Analysis

Commission and undertake market research to inform business decisions.

  • Research new business proposals and present findings to potential clients.
  • Analyze industry trends affecting clients and recommend communication strategies.
Team Contribution

Motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional results.

  • Maintain a network of resources to support the team's needs.
  • Ensure proper documentation across all initiatives to facilitate knowledge sharing.
