Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Broker Relationship Manager to establish, nurture, and expand partnerships with Stock Market brokerage firms in India.

This individual will develop strategic alliances, negotiate agreements, and ensure seamless collaboration between our company and brokers to drive mutual growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokerage firms and financial institutions.
  • New Broker Acquisition: Identify and acquire new Brokers PAN India.
  • Onboarding Process: Onboard new brokers to expand our network.
  • Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with brokerage partners, coordinate trading activities, and provide support to retail investors.
  • Communication Facilitation: Facilitate communication between brokers and clients, ensuring smooth trading operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Negotiation and Agreement: Negotiate terms and agreements to align with company objectives and broker expectations.
  • Collaboration and Enhancement: Collaborate with internal teams to enhance broker onboarding processes and trading platform integration.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to brokers on our trading solutions and value propositions.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze broker performance metrics and optimize engagement strategies.
  • Marketing and Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to implement broker-related promotional campaigns.

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in brokerage partnerships, financial services, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to market changes.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in trading transactions.
