Beyond operational responsibilities, the successful General Manager will also focus on creating personalized experiences for guests, upholding high standards of service delivery, and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans that drive revenue growth and efficiency improvements.
    • Cultivate a results-driven culture by setting clear goals, providing constructive feedback, and promoting employee development.
    • Enhance the guest experience through tailored service offerings and effective conflict resolution.
  • Necessary Qualifications & Experience:
    • A bachelor's degree in hotel management or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry, including at least 3-4 years in a senior leadership role.
    • Prior involvement in opening a hotel or large-scale hospitality project is highly desirable.
