Job Description: Project Head – F&B Division (BE Civil)

Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Project Head with a BE in Civil Engineering to lead and manage all civil and interior projects under our Food & Beverage Division, including restaurants, cloud kitchens, and hospitality outlets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in project execution, vendor coordination, cost control, and timely delivery of high-quality F&B infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of F&B outlet projects – from layout finalization to handover.
  • Manage civil, MEP, interior, and kitchen equipment installation work.
  • Liaise with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure project completion within defined timelines, quality, and budget.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
  • Prepare BOQ, budgets, and work schedules for upcoming projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and company guidelines.
  • Report project status to senior management regularly.
  • Coordinate licenses and approvals (if needed) for hospitality projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil).
  • 6–10 years of experience in project management, preferably in hotel/restaurant/hospitality setups.
  • Strong understanding of F&B layouts, civil work, kitchen planning, and services coordination.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects across different locations.

Preferred Experience:

  • Project delivery of QSRs, casual dining restaurants, cafes, or hotel kitchens.
  • Vendor negotiation and budget control.
  • Experience in working with hospitality brands or turnkey project firms.

This role is ideal for someone who combines civil engineering expertise with the speed and precision required in the F&B and hospitality industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500, ₹2,000,000.00 per year
