Location: Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Andhra Pradesh-Telangana, Bangalore

Job Profile:

  • Building business relationship with architects, interior designers and real estate developers, builders and customers
  • Develop and maintain ongoing relationship to grow new pool of customers through reference from architects, interior designers and real estate developers
  • Interacting with architects, interior designers and real estate developers and customers, understanding their design requirements, presenting the products and design
  • Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows and exhibitions
  • Ensure sales process is adhered and maintained sales pipelines capable of achieving revenue targets and future.
  • Discussing and formulating quotation, monitoring pre-sale and post-sale follow up
  • Develop and close additional sales opportunities in our existing customer base
  • Ensuring that effective designs are generated and presented to clients
  • Visiting the clients site, giving proposal of design, quotation and presentation
  • Following up on clients. Collecting requisite fees and agreement amounts
  • Maintain the decorum of the showroom at all times and help all boutiques with new additional sales
  • Grow the territory in revenue and market share and achieve territory sales targets
  • Develop a sales plan that effectively and efficiently cover all accounts within the assigned territory.

Education & Experience

  • Min. 7+ years in handling entire state sales individually and with Team.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
  • Premium / Luxury tile brands background can be plus.
