Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced senior project manager to oversee the renovation of multiple hospitality sites. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project scheduling, cost tracking, and variation approvals.
- Oversee material reconciliation and procurement schedules.
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to deliver high-quality results.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- BE Civil or equivalent degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Desirable Skills:
- Good knowledge of construction management, project scheduling, and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams effectively.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
