Interior Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead our residential and hospitality projects. This is a critical role that requires expertise in interior design, architecture, and project management.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the field, with a strong portfolio that showcases their skills in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, and SketchUp. They will be responsible for creating plans and drawings, conducting site evaluations, and overseeing construction.

The Senior Interior Designer will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, develop concepts and designs that meet their expectations, and collaborate with various teams to establish goals, schedules, and budgets.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in architecture and interior design.
  • Must be willing to handle interior designing of healthcare projects also.
  • Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Experience with Photoshop, and SketchUp.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Experience with project management and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed designs and specifications for residential and hospitality projects.
  • Develop and implement design concepts that meet client needs and budget requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure all projects meet quality and safety standards.
  • Continuously improve design skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
