Job Overview:
Seeking a visionary Project Architect with expertise in high-end residential developments. The ideal candidate will lead architectural design and execution of luxury complexes, ensuring exceptional standards in aesthetics, functionality, and exclusivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop bespoke architectural concepts and design narratives that reflect luxury, comfort, and exclusivity for high-end residential projects.
- Focus on superior materiality, finishes, landscaping integration, and cutting-edge technologies that elevate the living experience.
- Navigate complex municipal regulations and environmental clearances while maintaining design excellence.
- Lead coordination with structural, MEP, landscape, and specialized consultants to ensure seamless integration of all design elements.
- Conduct meticulous site inspections to ensure architectural integrity, quality standards, and luxury finishes are maintained throughout construction.
- Prepare RFP and scope of works, organize meetings, and maintain minutes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in residential architecture, preferably with projects in metropolitan cities.
- Strong expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS Max, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of luxury market demands and real estate regulatory environment.
