Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Draftsman with 7-10 years of hands-on experience in preparing detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in CAD software, possess a strong understanding of architectural standards and interior detailing, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, design-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare working drawings and detailed interior drawings for residential and commercial developments
  • Collaborate with architects and design teams on concept plans, detailed layouts, and execution drawings
  • Maintain and update drawing records and documentation
  • Support the creation and approval of drawings for licensing and municipal authorities
  • Develop layout planning, GFC drawings, and as-built drawings
  • E nsure timely delivery of drawings to facilitate smooth project execution
Essential Qualifications
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (other drafting/3D software is a plus)
  • Strong technical knowledge of architectural and interior detailing
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with architects, consultants, and contractors
