Job Title Draftsman - Residential Commercial Township Projects Location Mumbai Travel to project sites may be required Company Della Township Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Draftsman with hands-on experience in preparing detailed architectural drawings for residential commercial and township projects The ideal candidate will be proficient in CAD software possess a strong understanding of architectural standards and have experience in handling large-scale township projects Key Responsibilities Prepare working drawings municipal drawings and detailed drawings for residential commercial and township developments Assist architects and design teams in developing concept plans and execution drawings Ensure all drawings are accurate clear and compliant with local building by-laws and regulatory standards Coordinate with architects consultants engineers and site teams to ensure design intent is met Maintain and update drawing records and documentation Support in approval drawings for licensing municipal authorities Work on layout planning GFC drawings and as-built drawings Ensure timely delivery of drawings for smooth project execution Job Expectations Key Requirements Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and other drafting software Knowledge of local development control regulations DCR and municipal requirements Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Good communication and coordination skills Minimum Qualification Diploma ITI in Draftsmanship or relevant field Minimum Job Experience 3-7 years of experience in drafting for residential commercial and township projects Reporting to HOD Travel Travelling as and when required
