**Experience: 3 to 6 Years**

**Qualifications**:

- ITI Draftsman, Diploma in Civil/Architecture, or HSC with AutoCAD certification.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in architectural/civil drafting.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory), SketchUp, MS Office; knowledge of Revit and Photoshop (preferably).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Produce precise architectural drawings based on building specifications, calculations, and sketches.
- Prepare submission and working drawings with a comprehensive understanding of building bye-laws.
- Demonstrate strong drafting abilities while working independently and as part of a team.
- Interpret and understand structural, MEP, and landscape drawings.
- Create presentation drawings, working drawings, detail drawings, and area statements.
- Assist in-house architects and project managers to ensure construction projects align with design specifications.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Proficiency in Auto-CAD (mandatory).
- Good knowledge of software, with the ability to work on Xref drawings.
- Punctuality and strong team coordination skills.
- Ability to ensure error-free output and adhere to quality standards.
- Understanding of structural, MEP, and landscape drawings.
- Must be able to produce working and detail drawings.
- Familiarity with Revit Architecture is an added advantage.
- Teamwork and Quality Management:

- Coordinate with team members to share and seek information relevant to project progress.
- Ensure all reports and drawings are error-free and adhere to existing quality standards.
- Develop and follow processes to ensure high-quality outputs.
