About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead all phases of project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects within civil engineering and hospitality domains.

As a key member of our team, you will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and hospitality teams to ensure project requirements and quality standards are met. You will oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, local building codes, and company policies.

You will manage procurement, vendor negotiations, and resource allocation efficiently. Effective communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders is crucial to align project goals and expectations.

Facilitating smooth integration of hospitality standards within project execution, including site activity planning and operational readiness, is also an essential aspect of this role.

Maintaining a proactive approach to identify and mitigate project risks is vital to avoid delays and cost overruns. Leading, mentoring, and managing project teams to ensure performance and collaboration is also a key responsibility.

Additionally, you will prepare progress reports, forecasts, and post-project evaluations. We require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Possession of an MBA is preferred
  • Experience in hospitality sector projects (hotels, resorts, F&B outlets) is highly desirable

This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as familiarity with project management tools and software. The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
