Senior Engineering Lead

We seek an experienced Senior Engineering Lead to manage complex civil engineering projects and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and technicians to achieve project objectives and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project partners to ensure successful project delivery and client trust.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop innovative solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay current with industry developments and trends, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and client satisfaction.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 8-15 years of experience from EPC industries, preferably with a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, including ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, including ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software.
